Shopping Policy

BrickSewer ships from two warehouses — Indiana (US) and Germany (EU) — with typical delivery of 3–7 business days. Free shipping applies automatically to any order containing three or more items. All orders include tracking.

Shipping cost

  • Free shipping: on any order containing 3 or more items — applied automatically at checkout
  • Orders of 1–2 items: flat shipping fee calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
  • Express shipping: available at additional cost for US orders; contact support for EU express

Order processing

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM local warehouse time (Mon–Fri) typically ship the same business day
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays ship the next business day
  • You will receive a tracking number by email once the order ships

Which warehouse will my order ship from?

We automatically route each order to the closer warehouse based on your shipping address. US and Canadian addresses ship from Indiana; EU and UK addresses ship from Germany. Inventory may vary between warehouses — if a specific SKU is out of stock at your regional warehouse, we may ship from the other location with adjusted delivery time; you will be notified before fulfillment.

Customs and duties

For orders shipped from the US to Canada, or from Germany to non-EU countries (including the UK post-Brexit), customers are responsible for any import duties or VAT collected at delivery. Orders within the EU from our Germany warehouse are duty-free.

Lost or damaged shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact support within 7 days. If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the outer box and damaged contents, then contact support within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Order tracking

Every order ships with tracked delivery. You will receive a tracking link by email at the time of shipment. If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of ordering, contact customer support.
