Non-negotiable
MAP policy.
Our published retail price is the MAP. You may advertise up to 15% below it — no further.
The price shown on this website for any product is that product's Minimum Advertised Price. Authorized accounts may advertise at any price down to 85% of MSRP, and not a cent lower.
- What counts as advertising: your website, marketplace listings (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Etsy), paid ads, email, social posts, printed circulars and in-store signage.
- What doesn't: the price you actually ring up in-store. In-person negotiation is your business.
- Marketplace sellers: if you list on Amazon or eBay, tell us in your application. Unauthorized marketplace listings are the single fastest way to lose an account.
- Clearance: discontinued SKUs can be cleared below MAP once we notify you in writing that the SKU is released.
Violations are not warned twice. A first confirmed violation suspends your account and cancels open orders; a second terminates it permanently.

FAQ
Why isn't the pricing published?
Because consumers, marketplace resellers and competitors read public pages too. Gating the price list is how we keep your margin intact. Apply and you'll have it within a couple of days.
Do I need a brick-and-mortar store?
No. Online-only retailers are welcome, but we look more closely at the application — send us your storefront URL and we'll want to see that you're already selling, not just planning to.
Do I need a resale certificate?
Yes. We need a valid resale certificate or business license to open your account and to exempt your orders from sales tax.
Are these LEGO-compatible?
The sets use standard ABS studs and are dimensionally compatible with other major brick systems. They are independent brands, not LEGO products, and we make no claim of affiliation.
What about the licensed sets?
Licensed properties in the catalog (Shell, Doraemon, The Smurfs, Yu-Gi-Oh! and others) are licensed by the manufacturer for the territories we sell into. Documentation is available to approved accounts on request.
Can I get exclusivity in my city?
Not as a standard term. If you're committing to serious volume on a specific brand, tell us in the application and we'll have the conversation.
Can you do private label or custom sets?
For meaningful volume, yes — including custom packaging and store-branded exclusive sets. Note it in your message below.
