Return & Refund Policy

BrickSewer accepts returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Damaged or incorrect orders are eligible for full refund or replacement, no restocking fee. Missing pieces are replaced free of charge within 30 days.

Return window

  • 30 days from the date your order is marked delivered
  • Item must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
  • Original order number required

How to start a return

  1. Email our support team via Contact Us with your order number and the reason for return
  2. We will respond within 1 business day with a return shipping label and instructions
  3. Ship the item back using the provided label
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund is processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives with visible damage, take photos of the outer box and the damaged contents before opening further. Email those photos with your order number to support within 7 days of delivery. We issue a full refund or send a free replacement, and we cover all shipping costs related to damaged orders.

Missing pieces

If you are missing pieces from a set, you do not need to return the product. Follow the Missing-Piece Replacement process — we ship replacement pieces free within 30 days of your original order.

Non-returnable items

  • Opened or partially built sets (unless damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased from third-party sellers (returns must be made to the seller of record)
  • Items outside the 30-day window

Refund processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time after we receive and inspect a return:

  • Credit card refunds: 5–7 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 1–3 business days
  • Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days

Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled for full refund if the order has not yet shipped. Contact support as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order is in transit, it must go through the standard return process.

International returns

Customers outside the US and EU are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was shipped in error. Import duties and taxes paid at delivery are generally not refundable by BrickSewer — contact your local customs office.
