I've ordered before — do I get points for past orders?
Yes. Your past orders have already earned points. Sign in with the email you used at checkout and your balance will be there.
What happened to my old points when the rate changed?
Nothing — your balance is exactly what it was, and every point is worth the same or more. The upgrade only changed how fast you earn going forward (3×), and added the new $12 top reward.
How do I redeem my points?
Open the rewards widget, choose how many points to redeem, and you'll get a discount code to apply at checkout. 100 points = $1 off — or trade 1,000 points for $12 off any order over $100.
Do I need a password to join?

Do points expire?

What happens if I return an order?
